​The tutoring session will use online communication platforms such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc. The time, dates, total tutoring period time and online communication platform of the tutoring sessions are to be decided between the student and the tutor Minimum once tutoring session a week). Tutors will inform us the dates of the tutoring sessions once decided, and we will provide feedback forms to the tutor and the student every three months, which allows us to make changes or extra support if needed. Volunteer hour forms will be signed by the parent of the student and our Founder Polo. The amount of hours that the tutor supports the student is the number of volunteer hours they will recieve (Tutors can tutor more than one student). Note - There is a minimum commitment time of three months for both the student and the tutor.
